Carin Larsdotter b. 1779 is the mother to Kjerstin Jonsdotter, born 1801. Carin (Karin or Cari) is often listed alone with her daughter Kjerstin Jonsdotter. Her husband Jon Olsson died on January 14, 1804, perhaps of an injury. He was 38 years old. I wasn’t sure that I had identified his parents correctly, but in the HFL record from Fryksände, Torsby A1:12 (1790-1803) p. 27 Kari Larsdotter (b. 1779) is listed along with daughter Kjerstin Jonsdotter b. in 1801. Jon is somewhere above on the page, crossed out. Other members of the family are Olof Persson Blass? (b. 1738) Kjerstin Halfvardsotter, his wife, b. 1737. This record is extremely difficult to read. The information is much clearer in the records from 1778-1785. A1:11 1778-1785 Olof Persson and family are on p. 101. Interestingly in the 1790 record there is also a Kjerstin Jonsdotter from Svenneby. Children are listed as Jon, 1766, Kirsten 1778, Halvard Halradson 1752 (perhaps a brother of Kjerstin?) But, this first difficult to decipher record makes it clear that the Jon Olsson that was Carin Larsdotter's firts husband and the father of Kjerstin Jonsdotter was the son of Olof Persson and Kjerstin Halfvardsdotter. Records 1804-1811 (Fryksände A1:13), very difficult to read, perhaps an Olof Olsson, with Brita Olsdotter Child, Eric, b 1792. Enk.
